Kent County Council are using QRoutes for the planning of their school and SEN transport provision.
Following initial trials, the council found considerable potential for the simple, intuitive system to deliver cost savings.
Shane Bushell, Client Transport Manager for Public Transport at Kent County Council, said,
“QRoutes improves the routing and reduces the number of contracts we need. Plus, because the process is quick, we can route as often as we like, even during the academic year we are able to quickly re-plan to ensure the contracts remain efficient.”
